Kibbi is a platform that allows recruiters to browse and invite candidates to apply for job positions. Here are the steps to browse and invite candidates in Kibbi:
1. Log in to your Kibbi account.
2. Click on the "Browse" tab located at the bottom of the menu.
3. You will see the Active Job Seekers Neerby and you can choose which one you want to invite for an interview.
4. Once you have identified a candidate that you are interested in, click on their profile to view their details.
5. If you decide to invite the candidate to apply for a job, click on the "Invite" button located on the candidate's profile page.
6. You can personalize the message that will be sent to the candidate with your invitation.
7. Click on the “Invitation" button to invite the candidate.
Note that candidates will receive an email notification with your invitation and can choose to accept or decline the invitation to apply for the job position.
